Nepal has added another proud achievement to its growing international pageant journey as Sejal Rajbhandari secured a remarkable Top 10 placement at the prestigious Miss Eco International 2026 competition.

Representing Nepal on the global stage with confidence, intelligence, and elegance, Sejal impressed throughout the competition with her strong stage presence, advocacy, and cultural representation. Her achievement further strengthens Nepal’s consistent performance at Miss Eco International and highlights the country’s rising influence in global beauty pageants focused on environmental awareness, tourism, and women empowerment.

Sejal Rajbhandari Continues Nepal’s Strong Legacy at Miss Eco International 2026

Before heading to the international competition, Sejal underwent intensive preparation and orientation sessions under renowned fashion choreographer and media personality Rojin Shakya. Her training focused on stage presentation, confidence building, communication skills, and overall pageant preparation.

For the talent round, Sejal’s performance was specially choreographed by dance choreographer Rohiya Maharjan, helping her beautifully present Nepali art and culture on an international platform. Her confident presentation became one of the highlights of her journey during the competition.

Sejal Rajbhandari Brings Pride to Nepal With Top 10 Finish at Miss Eco International

Sejal Rajbhandari was officially crowned Miss Eco International Nepal 2026 by Green Arts Media during a special event held at The Height Restro and Wellness. Since 2015, the national franchise has been led by Anila Shrestha, who has continuously mentored and guided Nepali representatives for the international competition.

Sejal’s national costume for Miss Eco International 2026 was designed by IFC Fashion College. Throughout the competition, she showcased creations from several talented Nepali designers and fashion brands including Arzoo Shrestha, Manish Rai, Saru Gautam and Radhika Maskey from IIFT, Rajan Shah, Sabin Dhungana, Ambassador Design, Shrisha Rai, Traditional Alley, Rumii Fashion, Luks Fashion and Wears, among others.

Her successful Top 10 placement once again demonstrated Nepal’s growing reputation in international pageantry and reflected the country’s commitment to promoting environmental advocacy, tourism, culture, and women empowerment through global platforms.

This year’s Miss Eco International title was won by the representative from Indonesia. Ukraine’s Mishel Shotropa finished as the First Runner-Up, while Australia’s Adriana Gravador became the Second Runner-Up. The Philippines’ Gabbi Carballo secured the Third Runner-Up position, and Brazil’s Joana Camargo was named Fourth Runner-Up.

Nepal Shines Again as Sejal Rajbhandari Reaches Top 10 at Miss Eco International 2026

Nepal’s journey at Miss Eco International began in 2015 when Prinsha Shrestha participated in the inaugural edition held in Egypt. In 2016, Nagma Shrestha brought Nepal international recognition after winning the Best Tourism Video Award. In 2017, Ronali Amatya secured the Miss Congeniality title, marking Nepal’s first major achievement at the pageant.

Over the years, Nepal has continued to perform strongly through representatives like Maunata Lama, Muna Gauchan, Anushma Rayamajhi, Sophiya Bhujel, Rakshya Upreti, and Sanskriti Bhatta, all of whom contributed to strengthening Nepal’s presence in the international competition.

Sejal Rajbhandari’s latest achievement now adds another proud chapter to Nepal’s growing success story in global pageantry.
