Silver catches the light first. Then the purplish-blue fabric moves, softening the sharp edges of a look that seems to belong to another era. Chrono Nova, a sub-theme of Kalpasutra, brings that vision to Journey of Fashion XXI.
Kalpasutra means “the thread of eternal creation.” It connects imagination, creation and time. Chrono Nova carries the idea forward, imagining a world where technology and human expression shape fashion together.

Reflective metallic elements give the silhouette its structure. A sculpted bodice, angular forms and a clear visor add to its futuristic feel, while flowing layers bring movement to the look. The contrast draws the eye: one part precise and controlled, the other free to change with every step.
Created for the graduation fashion show organised by designers from Namuna College of Fashion Technology, Chrono Nova offers a glimpse of tomorrow through the craft of today.

The wider graduation show is titled Anantarūpavitānam – The Infinite Tapestry of Expressions. Glamour Nepal previously reported that 54 graduating designers are preparing six collections for the event, scheduled for 10 October 2026 at The Plaza, Lalitpur.
