Actress Jacqueline Fernandez is likely to play the role of second wife of Mohammad Azharuddin in the film based on the life of the cricketer.
According to ‘Mid Day’, the actress will play the role of Sangeeta Bijlani, second wife of Azharuddin. Earlier, it was said that Kareena Kapoor will play the role. However, Kareena left the film due to her busyness in ‘Udata Punjab’.
Currently, Jacqueline is doing looks test for the film to be produced by Ekata Kapoor. Emraan Hashmi will play the role of Azharuddin, while Prachi Desai will be Azharuddin’s first wife in the film. The film will be directed by Anthony D’souza.
