The seventh edition of the Heritage Pageants, an international beauty competition dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional art, culture, ethnicity, and individuality, concluded with grandeur in Bangkok, Thailand. This prestigious event brought together contestants from across the globe, showcasing their unique heritage and celebrating cultural diversity.
In the Miss category, Peru took home the top title, with the crown adorning the head of its representative. Meanwhile, in the Mrs. category, Vibha Basnet from Nepal achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the Mrs. Heritage International crown. Both champions also received the coveted Personality Award, further affirming their charisma and individuality.
The competition recognized outstanding participants in both categories with the following placements. In the Miss category, the runners-up were: Philippines (First Runner-up), India (Second Runner-up), Latvia (Third Runner-up), and Serbia (Fourth Runner-up). Similarly, in the Mrs. category, the runners-up were Myanmar (First Runner-up), United Kingdom (Second Runner-up), Japan (Third Runner-up), and Peru (Fourth Runner-up). These recognitions highlighted the global talent and cultural vibrancy each contestant brought to the stage.
The competition also honored several contestants with ambassadorial titles, reflecting their unique contributions and values. Miss Mexico was named Peace Ambassador, while Mrs. New Zealand received the title of Environment Ambassador. Miss Mongolia was recognized as the Cultural Ambassador, underscoring her efforts to celebrate cultural heritage. Representing Nepal, Miss Nepal Alisha Loli was crowned Tourism Ambassador, and Mrs. Nepal Vibha Basnet received the prestigious title of Heritage Ambassador.
The pageant was organized by E Planet Pte Ltd Singapore, led by its chairman, Santosh Sapkota. The event’s overall coordination and management were handled by Susan Koh from Singapore, with assistance from co-coordinator Durga Bishural. A collaborative effort in choreography brought vibrancy to the stage presentations, with Rojin Shakya, a renowned Nepali fashion choreographer, teaming up with Wesley Cheah, a Malaysian stage and dance choreographer.
The competition brought together participants from countries such as Nepal, India, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Vietnam, the Philippines, Peru, Singapore, Myanmar, New Zealand, Mexico, Indonesia, Latvia, Serbia, Kenya, and Malaysia. Each contestant displayed their cultural uniqueness, making the event a rich tapestry of global traditions and stories.
The panel of judges consisted of distinguished personalities, including Singaporean entrepreneur Carol Toh, Mrs. Heritage International 2019 winner Fontip Sriwaranyoo, Dashtsetseren Bayantsetseg, Director of the Miss Mongolia Association, Lilin Sy, founder and medical director of Fundamental Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Singapore, and Resh Marhatta, CEO and founder of Voiceent.com based in Florida. Their expertise and diverse backgrounds ensured a fair and insightful evaluation of the contestants.
