Nepali children made the nation proud by achieving outstanding success at the Heritage Pageants 2024, held in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 16. Representing Nepal in the heritage category, four talented young participants—Navni Ulak, Nishan Ulak, Kyarin Dong, and Pranaya Manandhar—delivered exceptional performances and brought home several prestigious titles under the leadership of National Director Dheeraj Tandukar from Event Better Galaxy Entertainment.
In the competition’s final round, Pranaya Manandhar secured the title of Heritage Gems International 2024, showcasing his exceptional charm and talent. Carin Dong was crowned Heritage Gems World, adding another proud moment for Nepal. Nishan Ulak achieved the title of First Runner-up for Heritage Gems Earth, while Navni Ulak earned the distinction of First Runner-up for Heritage Gems Asia.
All four participants had previously excelled in the National Kids of the Year 2024, a platform organized by Better Galaxy Entertainment. Carin Dong was the senior category winner, while Nishan Ulak was the First Runner-up in the same division. Pranaya Manandhar emerged victorious in the junior category, while Navni Ulak earned recognition as the Most Disciplined in the senior division. Their achievements at the national level prepared them for success on the international stage, where they further demonstrated their skill and determination.
The participants’ stunning outfits were instrumental in their success, reflecting Nepal’s rich cultural heritage. These costumes were designed by renowned designers and institutions, including Kusum Creation, Meraki Boutique, La Bella Creation, and Madhyapur Dress Hire Center. The attire added a visual impact that complemented their performances and made a lasting impression during the competition.
Preparation for the talent round was meticulously handled by Liza Shrestha, who ensured that each participant was well-prepared to showcase their unique abilities. Fashion choreographer Rojin Shakya trained the participants for their overall stage presentation, enhancing their confidence and appeal. The dedication and professionalism of these mentors played a crucial role in the participants’ polished performances.
