Earth Hour is celebrating on the last Saturday of the month March every year; Organized by WWF, the movement was started in 2007 from Australia. This year (2015), Earth Hour is celebrated between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM. Campaign of This year is focused on raising awareness on climate change which is threatening food, energy and water.
In Kathmandu, the event was started from Kathmandu Durbar Square 5 pm on-wards featuring 1974 AD. The event was organized by WWF Nepal. Check out some picture of celebrating Earth Hour in Nepal.
