The business of Nepali films is heightening. As around a half dozen films that were released this year made good income, a message has been sent out that a good film definitely makes good business.
Meanwhile, the business of film JERRYY that hit screen from Kartik 28 is still strong. It is confirmed that the Anmol KC starrer ‘Jerryy’ will make a gross collection of over Rs 2 crore in two weeks.
According to Popcorn Company, the distributor of the film for the Kathmandu Valley, the movie did business of Rs 1.40 crore in the valley. On the other hand, according to production unit, the film grossed 80 lakhs from halls outside Kathmandu.
The film directed by Hemraj BC has been loved by youths especially in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dharan. It can be estimated that the life time collection of the film will be near 2.80 crore.
