Manisha Koirala is back on the silver screen with director Sunaina Bhatnagar’s movie ‘Dear Maya’. The story of the film revolves around a middle-aged woman Maya played by Manisha Koirala, who seeks an imaginary love. The 46-year-old actress is seen in a completely different avatar in the trailer.
Apart from Manisha, the film also stars Mahida Imam, Shreya Chaudhry, Rohit Saraf, Irawati Harshe and Sahil Shroff in main roles. Directed by Sunaina Bhatnagar the film is set to hit the screens on 2nd June.
Manisha, who was one of the top actresses of the 90’s and was greatly appreciated for her performance in films like ‘Khamoshi: The Musical’, ‘1942: A Love Story’, ‘Bombay’ among others, took a break from the big screen to fight her battle with cancer.
