Nepali short film Madhu Malatiko Katha has been selected to be screened at the Detective Fest Film Festival in Moscow, Russia. It deals with children’s psychology, and is based on a short story of the same title written by Ramesh Bikal.
The film features Madan Das Shrestha, Sabita Gurung, Bharat Sitoula, and child artistes Santosh Pokharel and Aayusha Subedi in lead roles.
The film is shot by Shyam Rayamajhi, edited by Birendra Bhat ‘Bipin’, directed by Subash Gajurel and invested by Binay Pokharel, Bishowram Bista and Dharmaraj Pokharel.
40minute long film has also been nominated under the ‘Theme TV Series, or an episode with a complete story’ category. The festival will be held from April 15 to 19 in Moscow, Russia.
