Nepal’s Horaa Esports has secured a direct place in the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 Grand Finals in Paris, marking another major international achievement for Nepali esports.
Horaa finished its PMWC 2026 Group B campaign in fifth place with 90 points, claiming the group’s final direct qualification spot. The Nepali squad collected 36 placement points and 54 elimination points during the group stage.
Under the PMWC 2026 competition format, the top five teams from each of the two 16-team groups advance directly to the Grand Finals. The remaining teams must compete in the Survival Stage for another chance to reach the championship round.
By finishing inside the top five, Horaa will skip the Survival Stage and move straight into the PMWC 2026 Grand Finals, scheduled for August 14–16 in Paris.
Horaa Finishes Group B With 90 Points
Group B featured several internationally established PUBG Mobile teams, making Horaa’s direct qualification a significant result for the Nepali organization.
Team Vitality finished at the top of the group, while eArena, IDA Esports and GodLike Esports also earned direct qualification alongside Horaa.
Horaa’s Group B campaign included several strong performances, including a Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. The team had already drawn attention on the opening day of Group B competition after staying among the leading teams through an impressive run of matches.
Horaa’s active PUBG Mobile roster includes JiGGL3, SkY, NoFear and SleepY, with HaitDami listed as a substitute and rotational player.
$3 Million Prize Pool at PMWC 2026
The PUBG Mobile World Cup is being staged as part of the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris, bringing together 32 teams from around the world to compete for an official $3 million prize pool.
For Horaa, reaching the Grand Finals adds another milestone to its growing international record.
The organization became the first Nepali team to qualify for the PUBG Mobile World Cup in 2025 and went on to finish ninth in the Grand Finals that year.
Horaa’s latest achievement has also sparked celebrations across Nepali social media, with gaming communities and popular pages highlighting the team’s direct qualification for the Finals.
The focus now shifts to August 14–16, when Horaa will compete against the other finalists in Paris with the PUBG Mobile world title on the line.
