Avani Aryal of Kathmandu Pragya Kunja School has been crowned PABSON Miss Little Idol 2026, emerging victorious among 59 young contestants at an event celebrating confidence, talent, creativity and leadership among school-going girls.
Organized by PABSON Kathmandu in association with Action Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the competition provided young participants with a platform to showcase their personalities, communication skills and individual talents.
Avani impressed the jury with her confidence, stage presence, talent and overall personality to secure the coveted title. Along with the crown, she received a cash prize of Rs. 50,000 and also won the Miss Talent title.
Bhumika Tripathee of Vidhya Bikash English School was named 1st Runner-up, receiving a cash prize of Rs. 25,000. Rehana KC of Nexus International Academy finished as 2nd Runner-up and received Rs. 15,000.
Several contestants were also recognized in special award categories. Shreeya Khatri of Creative Academy won Miss Public Choice, while Erika Shreshta of Gyan Niketan School was named Miss Personality. Simran Magar of Nepal Central High School received the Miss Leadership title.
The grand event was attended by Sunita Dongol, Acting Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, as the Chief Guest. Her presence added significance to an initiative designed to encourage young girls to strengthen their confidence, communication abilities, creativity and leadership qualities.
Fashion choreographer and media person Rojin Shakya handled the overall choreography and hosting of the event, bringing structure and energy to the stage presentation. Angel Rai, Miss Mongol Nepal 2024, served as the contestants’ coach, helping them develop their communication skills and confidence.
The programme also featured special dance performances choreographed by Survi Magar and Mina Lama.
Adding a fashion element to the event, the contestants appeared in outfits created by student designers from IIFT School of Fashion and Interior. The collaboration gave emerging designers a creative platform while contributing to the contestants’ distinctive stage presentation.
Beyond the competition and crowns, PABSON Miss Little Idol 2026 focused on developing confidence, talent, communication, personality and leadership among young students. With 59 contestants taking part, the event concluded as a platform where children could express themselves, discover their abilities and build confidence for the future.
