The event initiated with an objective to contribute in the preservation and promotion of Nepalese art and culture named as Miss Nepal Culture has finalized its winner for 2016. In an event organized and presented by Youhaan International events 24 years of age Urusha Joshi was been crowned as Miss Nepal Culture 2016. Along with the crown Urussa was been appointed as cultural ambassador for Cultural Corporation of Nepal. Urussa was also benefited with a year free service from Volkswagen car. The event presented in association of Cultural Corporation of Nepal saw Parishi Karanjit as first runnerups and Bala Nepali as second runnerups.
The event choreographed by Rojin Shakya had twenty eight beautiful ladies and was showcased at Rastriya Naachghar, Jama on 2nd of May 2016. The contestants being dressed in various ethnic and cultural attires was a real treat for the eyes. Other than the ethnic and cultural dresses, the contestants did perform in the outfits desinged by the designers from Nepal Institute of Fashion, NIF, lazimpat.
