Overcoming 12 participants, Susham KC was crowned Miss Koshi. During the finale of the competition organized in Biratnagar on Saturday evening, Binita Subedi became first runner up, while Rubi Acharya was declared second runner up. Former Miss Koshi Kriti Shrestha placed the crown on KC.
“This achievement has provided me strength for my foray in modeling,” KC remarked after being declared winner.
In the competition, Angelina Adhikari became Miss Photogenic, Sonia Singh was announced Miss Viewers Choice Award and Srishtina Luitel won title of Miss Figure. Likewise, Shruti Nepal became Miss Talent as RakshyaThakuri grabbed title of Miss Catwalk.
Jaya Roy of organizer Jaya Media Management claimed the beautypaegent to be best. “We have given continuity to the competition to keep the history of Miss Koshi alive,” he said.
The beauty contest was started in 2058, but not organized for few years.
