An event emphasized on the cultural essence, its importance and dignity of Newar community and empowering the married women of Newar Community, named as Mrs. Newa World has been concluded.
Showcasing its first edition at Rastriya Naachghar, Jamal, Kathmandu, the event crowned Sumina Maharjan as Mrs. Newa World 1144. Sumina, by profession dance instructor at Nepa Dance Academy, she also bagged the award of best skin.
In the event Sabina Maharjan earned first runner-up position and also the category called best hair while Grishma Ranjitkar completed the event as second runner-up and also received the award called best dress.
The event was organized by Khagesh Ranjitkar under the banner of Karaoke Entertainment. The event was been chaired by Former SSP Deepak Ranjit and had the presence of Rajan Kumar Shrestha, the chairman of Sky Group Companies, as the chief guest.
The event was been choreographed and judged by Miss National Samita Bajracharya while make-up artist Grishma Shakya, singer and media person Suraj Bir Bajracharya and fashion designer Sabi Sthapit were also in the panel of jury. The event was been hosted by fashion choreographer and media person Rojin Shakya.
