The film ‘My Promise,’ directed by Suraj Subba Nalbo, that started publicity announcing to hit screen from Poush 11, has changed its release date yet again.According to new date finalized, the film will be released on Poush 18.
Producer and actor Ramesh Chandra Rai said that they deferred the release date to a ‘compulsory situation’.
Earlier, the film was slated to release on Mangsir 5. However, it was postponed as the two films of Keki Adhikari and Wilson BirkamRai were also scheduled to hit screen on the same date.
Likewise, the film’s release was put off again on Poush 11 as distributors said that the movie will get enough halls as other movies will be already running. This time, however, Ramesh is not in favor of postponing the film’s release date again.
He further reveledthat the release was postponed time and again due to disputes between producers of the film. The film under the banner of TRNG Production is directed by acclaimed director Suraj Subba ‘Nalbo’ Keki Adhikari, Nar Kumar Limbu, Wilson BikramRai, AnuragKunwar, Matin Khan among others has acted in the film. The movie that tell a real story of Gurkha army, has received PG certificate from censor board.
