In the grand finale of the event, Nishu Kafle has been crowned as Mrs. Nepal Idol 2024 and has earned the opportunity to be the part of Nepal Fashion and entertainment Award 2024 being held in Egypt. She was also successful to earn the title of most charismatic.
In the event along with most photogenic award Rajeswori Yogal Amatya completed the event as first runner-up while Rupa Khawas along with most confident category earned second runner-up position.
Among other categories, Renu Shrestha bagged most dynamic, Srijana Shrestha was chosen as most smart and most popular, Sarala Bhattarai Kunwar as most diligent, Laxmi Bohara Chauhan as best personality and public choice video award. Likewise, the event saw Urvashi Shrestha as most delightful, Bhima Devi Baral as best complexion, Sharmila Pariyar as most sincere and Sita Chand as most charming.
