Himgyap Lama ‘Tashi’, who debuted in direction through film ‘Bhimdutta’, has participated in the function of a Hollywood movie.
He got opportunity to participate in the special screening of film ‘Sold’. Tashi represented in the show of the film on at Los Angeles will be screened at Hollywood Film Festival.
The film directed by Jeffry D Brown has made the incidents of rapes in Nepal and India as main subjects of the film.
An interaction program was organized between Nepali and director and artists of the film as it has incorporated incidents of Nepal.
According to Tashi Lama, during the program, Tsering Lama, Dil Shrestha among others praised the issues carried out by the film. He had also requested all Nepalese there to participate in the show
during the festival.
