In the grand finale of the 5th edition of the Mister Supranational Pageant, Dr. Santosh Upadhyaya from Nepal has secured the 3rd Runner-up position. This is the first-ever participation of Nepalese males at Mister Supranational. In the event, Dr. Santosh bagged Mister Influencer award which qualified him to secure the position at Top 20 and from there he proceeded to top 10 to final five and eventually earned the 3rd runner-up position.
The man was also successful to bag Mister Talent award after giving a mesmerizing performance in the talent round. During the talent round, Dr. Santosh gave the combo performance of singing and painting. He sang and painted at the same time. Likewise, he was also one of the top ten contestants for the Supra Fan Vote.
The grand finale of Mister Supranational 2021 was showcased at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater, Nowy Sacz, Malopolska, Poland on 22nd August 2021. A total of thirty-four delegates from around the world participated in the prestigious international contest. Peru’s Varo Vargas was elected as Mister Supranational 2021 while Abdel Kacem Tefridi from Togo stood first runner-up, William Badell was sashed second runner-up while Lucas Munoz Alonso bagged fourth runner-up position.
Earlier the 30-year-old medical doctor Santosh was victorious as the winner of the first-ever Supra Star Search competition in the year 2020. Supra star search was a virtual competition that was launched for the men and women who want to compete for the Miss or Mister Supranational titles in countries with no national organizations. Winning the first-ever Supra Star Search competition, Dr. Santosh also won the title of Mister Supranational Nepal 2021 and earn the opportunity to compete for the 5th edition of Mister Supranational 2021.
The man was been crowned as Mr. Nepal World 2019 on December 26 2019 held at Hotel De ‘la Annapurna, Durbar Marg organized by Expose Nepal dot com. Dr. Santosh was also been awarded as Most Influential title winner and Most Popular title winner male at Pageant Nepal Fashion & Model Awards 2020 organized by Pageant Nepal International.
