Creativity of IEC Students explored through The Fashion Runway 3D Model

Under the unit named Fashion Event Management, the fifth-semester students of 19 batch of IEC College of art and fashion have showcased the 3D Model of the fashion runway. A total of 63 numbers of students doing B.A. (HONS) in fashion and retailing were been teamed in 14 groups to performed their tasks. Their task was been evaluated under the theme interpretation, materials exploration, and overall look of the 3D Model. The presentation and exhibition of the 3D Model was been performed on the college premises and was been examined by the faculty of the subject, Choreographer and Media Person Rojin Shakya.

It was a delightful scene to witness the wonderful creativity, imagination, innovative ideas put together with the artistic craftsmanship to bring out the beautiful 3D Model fashion runway. Fourteen 3D Runway models were subjected to fourteen various inspirations. The inspiration projected in 3D model came from the Autumn season to Espousing, Flower Garden to the urban city. Buddhism, Santorini Greece, Summer, Disneyland Park, Forest, SpongeBob SquarePants were other inspirations from where 3D Model of fashion runway was been given its shape and form. Likewise, Phantasm, Autumn Forest, Sea Shell were also been the inspiration for the students to present their 3D model of the fashion runway.

Description of 3D MODEL

Model 1:  Inspired by Buddhism, crafted by Purnima Tamang, Kusum Sadashankar, Kasumi Rana Magar, Binita Kumari Sharma and Anjali Shah.

Model 2:  Inspired by Autumn Forest, crafted by Binita Paudel, Monika Mainali, Priya Dhakal, Swastika Khadka and Lungnma Yendhen.

Model 3:  Inspired by The Urban City, crafted by Sonu Rai, Sangita Gurung, Sunita Tamang, Samikshya Bhadel and Tabita Ghimire.

Model 4:  Inspired by Phantasm, crafted by Pooja Thapa, Ashma Singh Thakuri, Manika Shrestha and Niki Thapa.

Model 5:  Inspired by Autumn, crafted by Inspired by, crafted by Sajju Maharjan, Puja Gurung, Sandhya Shrestha and Aarti Khadka

Model 6:  Inspired by Flower Garden, crafted by Asmeena Timilsina, Alina Maharjan, Alisha Bohora, Shristi Paudel and Swostika Baral.

Model 7:  Inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants, crafted by Mehak Agarwal, Simran Dangol, Laju Shrestha, Rakshya Shrestha and Urja Joshi.

Model 8:  Inspired by The Disneyland Park, crafted by Amisha Kafle, Anisha Maharjan and Mary Dangol.

Model 9:  Inspired by Autumn, crafted by Dawa Yangjen Lama, Pema Chutten Lama, Garima Timalsina and Anjana Sunar.

Model 10:  Inspired by Espousing, crafted by Dibya Ghale, Minu Shahi, Karma Yangzen Lama and Manashi Shrestha.

Model 11:  Inspired by Sea Shell, crafted by Anisha Chaudhary, Punam Tamang, Sarita Pandhak Limbu and Renu Chaudhary.

Model 12: Inspired by Santorini Greece, crafted by Pherisha Khyaju, Kareena Suhang, Simran Basnet and Shova Dhamala.

Model 13:  Inspired by Beach, crafted by Prikila Rai, Ditsa Shrestha and Sudha Rai.

Model 14:  Inspired by Forest, crafted by Sarah Subba Limbu, Jyoti Tamang, Shanti Yonjan, Yuvana Rai and Anu Rajbanshi.
