In the finale of Miss Grand Nepal 2022 organized by Cosmo Events and Bolly Club Group Aishworya Shrestha has been crowned the winner. Being the winner Aishworya now would be representing Nepal at the tenth edition of Miss Grand International 2022 being held in Bali, Indonesia.
In the event showcased at Hotel Shankar, Lazimpat, Barsha Bhandari Stood as first runners-up while Rakshya Upreti bagged second runners-up position. The event awarded Barsha Bhandari as Miss Photogenic and Miss Best in Swimsuit while Tannu Shakya was chosen as Miss Popularity. Likewise, Samana Karki earned Miss Confidence while Swastima Magar bagged Miss Photogenic and Sudeshna Maharjan was awarded Miss Congeniality.
The event had actor/model Anoop Bikram Shahi, rapper Ashish Rana (Laure), Miss Nepal Earth 2018 Priya Sigdel, Social activist Sober Wang D, National Director Miss Grand Nepal Suresh Tamang, and General Secretary of BPAN Nishu Jha as the jury members while the event was been choreographed by Sujit Bashyal.
