Actress Shraddha Chhetri extending Helping hands to flood victims


Nepali movie actress Shradha Chhetri has reached the flood-affected area of Lamjung to help the flood victims. Chhetri reached Lamjung to help 19 families who lost their homes due to the sudden flood of Dardi rive on August 20. As mentioned by Dodi rural municipality Chettri who reached Hile Bazaar along with social worker Ranjita Gurung, personally donated food and clothes.

Because of road problems most of the helpers have reached the district headquarters Besi Sahar and Bhoteodar Bazaar and been providing help to the victims. But the team of actress Chhetri and her team walked through to reach a temporary settlement area been managed for the flood victims. According to actress Shradha, she felt happy to extend helping hand towards the flood victims and felt self-satisfied for being able to contribute something in bringing positive change in the lives of the flood victims.

The helping team who arrived to support the flood-affected victims was been welcomed by the head of the village municipality, Om Bahadur Gurung.

Movie Actress Shradha Chhetri made her debut in Nepali Cinema through the movie ‘Hridaya Bhari’. Unfortunately, the movie has been stopped due to its incompletion of filming. Her second movie Krishna Lila is all set to get released. But due to the global pandemic Corona Virus, the release of the movie is being halted.
