Nepal Tamang Art & Culture Center has opened the registration for the new season of Miss Tamang pageant. The event is planned to showcase on the auspicious occasion of 2852nd Sonam Lhosar. The ethnic beauty pageant focused to the Young women of Tamang community was been started promote different aspects of art, culture and tradition of Tamang community.
As per the organizer in order to enroll for the event the interested candidate should belong to Tamang community and should stand at least five feet. She needs to fall within 16 to 26 years age group and should have SLC as the minimum qualification.
As stated the last date to enroll for the event is been 15th of Poush 2072. Earlier Zenisha Moktan, Upali Gyabok, Sami Bhajyu, Rojina Ghising, Sumi Moktan, Lakpa Wangmo Tamang, Munashree Lama and Laxmi Tamang Moktan was been elected as the winner of Previous seasons of Miss Tamang pageant.
