‘Tathastu’, scheduled to be released from coming Friday, The film has presented the story of violence against woman and retaliation.
Director of the film Sabir Shrestha has opined that the story of the film was written for actress Rekha Thapa. He further claimed that there was no alternative to Thapa in the movie.
“I had written the script of the film for Rekha,” Director Shrestha said during a recent meet, “Only Rekha can do justice to the film’s script”, adding that audience will love the action avatar of the actress. Sabir Shrestha has already directed seven Nepali films. Among them, Rekha has acted in five Films.
Tathastu gets universal certificate
The Film Censor Board has given universal certificate to the film. With the certificate, people of all age group can watch the movie. Along with the board member, Rekha too had watched the film. She praised the directional capabilities of Sabir Shrestha.
Rekha Thapa, Kishor Khatiwada, SubasThapa and Bigyan Joshi are in lead roles in the film, The Film written by Jagadishwor Thapa. The songs are composed by Basanta Sapkota and cinematography is by Babu Shrestha.
