Well-known Hollywood actress Michelle Yeoh is in Nepal. She is visiting Nepal as the UNDP Goodwill Ambassador.
The actress arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday to interact with parliamentarians on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She was received by UNDP Country Director in Nepal, Renaud Meyer.
During the interaction Yeoh remembered last year’s April earthquake when she was in Nepal. She had left Nepal on the same day the devastating earthquake stroke the country. This is Yeoh’s second visit to Nepal.
