The Nepali film ‘Aa Aama 2’ has officially gone on floors with a Auspicious-Time ceremony held at Banglamukhi Temple in Patan.

This film is a sequel to last year’s hit ‘Aa Bata Aama’. Popular actors Pal Shah, Bipana Thapa, Pradeep Rawat, and Gajit Bista return, while new faces like Aakash Shrestha and Naren Khadka join the cast.

Director Chandra Pant shared that casting is still ongoing, especially for female roles, and the full lineup will be finalized soon. The shooting schedule is also expected to be announced shortly.

The film is targeting a Dashain release, aiming to connect emotionally with audiences through a deeper story centered on family and motherly bonds.
