Bollywood Actor Salman Khan’s world famous clothing brand; Being Human officially started in the Nepali clothing market on February 2014, The showroom is located at Rising Mall, Kamaladi.
To mark its second year anniversary being operated at Kathmandu, Nepal, an event was been organized where the celebration took the form of social work.
The event was been organized by ABCDe inc. which holds the brand’s franchise to market Being Human in Nepal under the mutual fellowship between ABCDe inc., Salman Khan Foundation and the manufacturer of Being Human clothing brand, Mandhana Industries Ltd.
Being Human has been contributing its profit share in education and health sector. Carrying on the same theme ABCDe inc. came up with an idea of social cause to celebrate second year anniversary of Being Human clothing brand being in Nepal.
In the event a charity was been delivered to an Orphanage named as The Joint Disabled Unity Awaz Center (JDUAC).
JDUAC is purely a non-profit organization established with an aim of providing basic social services such as food, shelter and education to children who might otherwise perish. The organization is taking care of forty numbers of orphans who are brought here from remote villages of Nepal.
The children sheltered out here are those who have lost their parents and those who do not have anyone to take care of them and provide them basic needs of life. The charity delivered had three laptops, stationery items that included copies, erasers, pencils, zel pens, markers, color pencils, pencil bags etc. and sports items that included footballs, sets of chess etc.
The event was been graced by the Chairperson of Maiti Nepal Anuradha Koirala as the chief guest while former Miss Nepal International Suvekchya Khadka and actress Sweta Khadka were been the special guests. The event had Raju Thapa Chhetri (Chairman, ABCDe Inc.), Kul Acharya (Director, ABCDe Inc./ NRN UK), Purna Hamal (Director, ABCDe Inc./ NRN Portugal) and Kamal Bhandari (Director, ABCDe Inc./ NRN UK) as the host bodies of the ceremony.
