Salman Khan is a multitalented Actor. Apart from acting, Salman is producing films and now, for his latest production Notebook, the actor is all set to lend his voice to a romantic track.
The makers of the film ‘Notebook’ starring Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal had announced that a song in the film rendered by Pakistani singer Atif Aslam will be re-recorded in the aftermath of the deadly Pulwama terror attack which took the lives of 40 Indian CRPF soldiers. The decision was followed by the move from the All Indian Cine Workers Association, which called for a blanket ban on Pakistani artists in the industry.
According to the latest reports, the team has finally found a voice they were looking for in none other than the superstar-producer Salman Khan. Reports suggest that many voices were considered but the makers were not fully convinced whether they would be able to do justice to the song.
However, the makers popped up the name of their producer Salman Khan, who has previously crooned the song “Main Hoon Hero” from the film ‘Hero’ which was widely loved by the audience. ‘Main Taare’ is a soft romantic number and the makers are convinced that Salman would be a good fit for the song. However, It took some convincing, but Salman has agreed to lend his voice to the tunes.
The actor reportedly will record the song before he heads to Dubai for his Dabangg tour later this month. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, ‘Notebook’ starring Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal will hit the screens on March 29. Checkout the trailer below:
