Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha Announce Birth of Their First Child
Bollywood Actress Parineeti Chopra and her husband, politician Raghav Chadha, have entered a beautiful new phase in their lives. They are now proud parents to a baby boy. The couple shared the happy news on October 19 on instagram. They posted a heartfelt message on Instagram that instantly lit up social media.
“He’s finally here! Our baby boy. And we literally can’t remember life before! Arms full, our hearts are fuller! First we had each other, now we have everything. With gratitude, Parineeti & Raghav,” the couple wrote, radiating pure joy.
Parineeti was reportedly admitted to a Delhi hospital just a day before the delivery. As soon as the news broke, social media flooded with warm wishes from fans, friends, Bollywood stars, and political leaders.

The first to share her excitement was Parineeti’s cousin, global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who posted a big “Congratulations!” with heart emojis on her Instagram Stories, expressing her happiness about becoming a ‘Massi’ (aunt).
Parineeti’s mother, Reena Chopra, also shared her overwhelming joy online, writing: “We are so thankful to God! It still feels unreal. Thank you all for the love and blessings — we’re now proud grandparents!”

Their Journey of Love
Parineeti and Raghav’s love story has been in the spotlight since day one, two people from completely different worlds, united by love. They got engaged in May 2023 and tied the knot in a dreamy Udaipur wedding in September same year.
In a past interview, Parineeti had openly talked about her wish to have a big family, saying, “I’d love to adopt a child. I want to have lots of children.”
The couple revealed their pregnancy in August 2025 on Instagram post with image of a cake that read “1 + 1 = 3” decorated with tiny golden baby footprints.

Parineeti was last seen in a Netflix original series. She had just wrapped filming her upcoming project before her maternity break. She plans to spend some quality time with her newborn before returning to work next year.
Meanwhile, Raghav Chadha, who continues his role as a Member of Parliament, is reportedly overjoyed about stepping into fatherhood and balancing his new responsibilities.
