26 years of age, Sophiya Bhujel, the official delegate from Nepal at Miss Eco International 2022 is contesting with global contestants at Egypt. Various preliminary rounds, visits, photoshoots, interviews, and other activities are ongoing as the major elements of the competition. In one of the preliminary competitions, talent showcase, she was placed as one of the top ten contestants. The finale of the event is scheduled for the 18th of March 2022 in Egypt.
Earlier, Sophiya was crowned as Miss Eco International Nepal 2022 during the crowning ceremony hosted at The Strand Lounge and Bar, Battisputali, Kathmandu. Miss Eco International Nepal is officially franchised by Green Arts Media Pvt. Ltd. and Anila Shrestha is the national director for the event. Since 2017 Green Arts Media is been authorized to finalize the delegate from Nepal to Miss Eco International. Since then, Ronali Amatya, Maunata Lama, Muna Gauchan, and Anushma Rayamajhi have successfully represented Nepal. So far Ronali has bagged Miss Congeniality while Muna stood as semi-finalist and Anushma bagged Miss Eco Asia award at their representations at Miss Eco International.

Five feet eight inches tall Sophiya earlier was been the part of Miss Nepal 2019 where she finished the event as one of the top 7 finalists and also represented as the premiere edition of Global Asian Model 2019 hosted in Manila, the Philippines in the year 2019. In the event, she was been one of the top ten finalists.
