Watch! Leonardo DiCaprio’s ‘The Revenant’ First Trailer

20th Century Fox and New Regency have revealed the first trailer of The Revenant. The movie is an upcoming western thriller film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Domhnall Gleeson, Will Poulter in the lead roles.

The story of the movie is adapted from Michael Punke’s 2003 novel of the same name, was co-written by Alejandro G. Iñárritu and Mark L. Smith and is moderately based on the life of frontiersman Hugh Glass.

The Revenant is an immersive and visceral cinematic experience capturing one man’s epic adventure of survival and the extraordinary power of the human spirit. In an expedition of the uncharted American wilderness, legendary explorer Hugh Glass (Leonardo DiCaprio) is brutally attacked by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team.

The movie is directed by renowned filmmaker and Academy Award winner Alejandro G. Produced by Arnon Milchan, Steve Golin, Alejandro G, Mary Parent, James W. Skotchdopole, Keith Redmon.

The Revenant will hit the theaters on Christmas Day 2015.
