The film ‘Ward Number 6’ jointly produced by comedy artists Deepak Raj Giri, Deepa Shree Niraula and Nirmal Sharma has kicked off shooting. The film shooting started from the Kathmandu-based Chapagain Studio from Tuesday.
Deepak Raj Giri, Priyanka Kakri, Dayahang Rai and Aruna Karki gave first shot for the film to be directed by Ujjwal Ghimire. Although the film unit had planned to shoot the first scene in Dhulikhel, it was shot in Kathmandu due to SAARC Summit.
According to producer Nirmal Sharma, they will go outside the capital for shooting after few weeks. Sitaram Kattel, Kedar Ghimire and Jitu Nepal will also be seen in lead role, while Kishor Khatiwada, Wilson Bikram Rai, Shivahari Poudel will be seen in special appearance.
The film written by Abhimannu Nirawi is of comedy flavor similar to ‘Chha Ekan Chha’.
