chankhe shankhe pankheFilm Chankhe Shankhe Pankhe releasing across the country from Jestha 1, will be selecting three youths that could contribute to the nation. According to director of the film Sudarshan Thapa, film unit will select youths through auditions in different parts of the country.

He said 10 youths will be selected through inter schools and college competition in eight cities including capital with the theme ‘Public speaker Nepal, today oratory, tomorrow’s leadership’. “We have prioritized youth as our film is based on them” Thapa said addressing a press conference in the capital, “we will leave for different parts of country on Thursday’.

According to him, the competition will be organized in Dhangadhi, Nepalgung, Butwal, Chitwan, Pokhara, Dharan and Biratnagar outside the capital.

The grand finale will be organized between one contestant each from cities outside Kathmandu and two contestants form capital on Baisakh 29. In the competition, any students from class nine to Bachelors can participate.

“In the competition, participants from class 9 and 10 will be given 30 points in advance, students of 11 and 12 will be given 20 points and Bachelor’s students will be given 10 points,” the film unit said in a press statement.

Creative Media is the organizer of the competition, while BR DC and White House College are power partners. Addressing the press conference Chairman of White House College Yuvraj Sharma said they assisted the campaign of the film as the youths are those drives a country to positive directions.

The organizer aims to incorporate 5,000 students and audition will begin from Dhangadhi from Baisakh 11. Students standing first, second and third will receive Rs 100,000, Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively.
