The 4th Nepal Gems and Jewelry Expo 2023 was a three-day affair that took place at the Hotel Yak and Yeti in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. One of the highlights of the expo was the jewelry fashion runway show that was held on the inaugural day.
The show was graced by the presence of Bollywood Diva Malaika Arora as the showstopper. Malaika mesmerized the audience with her charm, beauty, and elegance as she walked the runway. A total of two dozen professional female models also walked the runway, showcasing the precious pieces of jewelry. The models were dressed in wardrobes designed by a number of talented designers such as Manish Rai, Khusboo Dongol from Odhani Boutique, Dil Maya Magar from MKM fashion, Heera Manandhar, Muse, and others.
In addition to Malaika Arora, the event also saw a number of Nepalese Cine actors such as Swastima Khadka, Mallika Mahat, Upasana Singh Thakuri, former Miss Nepals Anushka Shrestha and Evana Manandhar and Celebrity Make-up artist Sneh Rana as national showstoppers. The event was also entertained by musical performances by Subani Moktan. The fashion presentation was choreographed by Super Model Sabita Karki. The whole event was organized by Nepal Gems and Jewelry Association.
The show featured a number of renowned brands, including RB Diamond Jewelers, Ganapati Jewelers, Dhanashree Jewelers, Queen Jewelers, and Marigold Jewelers. These brands showcased their exclusive and exquisite pieces of jewelry collection for various special occasions.
