Meet Bharat Samari, the Entrepreneur Connecting Nepali Talent Abroad
Bharat Samari’s work in Nepal’s pageant industry has taken him to Khon Kaen, Thailand, where he is representing Nepal and serving on the jury panel at Mrs. Asia International.
The founder and CEO of Samari International Event Pvt. Ltd. is also accompanying three Nepali contestants as Nepal’s national director. The delegation includes Sumitra Shrestha (Rosy), Kalpana Prasai (Kamana) and Ganga Neupane Raut (Gamvir Ganga).
For Samari, the assignment brings together two aspects of his career: organising pageants at home and helping Nepali participants reach international platforms.
Born in Nepalgunj in 1993, he has built his career across event management, pageantry, talent development, media and entertainment. Through Miss & Mrs Nepal International World and international collaborations, his work focuses on creating opportunities for Nepali contestants beyond the national stage.
The Thailand pageant brings together married women to celebrate their achievements, confidence and cultural identities. Nepal’s participation gives its representatives an opportunity to share their experiences and culture while meeting contestants from other countries.
Samari’s role extends beyond accompanying the delegation. As a national director and jury panelist, he is involved in both Nepal’s representation and the wider international competition.
His next goal is to develop more international partnerships and cultural exchanges. He hopes these connections will open opportunities for Nepali artists, aspiring models, entrepreneurs and emerging professionals.
From organising events in Nepal to taking on responsibilities abroad, Samari is building a career around connecting Nepali talent with international opportunities.
