Japanese people have called the authorities not to allow release of the movie. According to news source, the film has incorporated the indecent behavior by Japanese armies on detainees during the Second World War.
The film, which is scheduled to be released in the United States on Christmas Day, is based on the nonfiction book by Laura Hillenbrand story of American Olympian Louis Zamperini (who died in July ) has shown about detainees of Japanese army. The film has shown that some 75 detainees work as laborers in Pacific Ocean after the airplane meets with an accident.
