Actress Gauri Malla inaugurated Neel david’s new ‘Unisex Salon’ at Civil Mall. This is 11th outlet at the first floor of the mall will provide different services to both male and female.

Famous Nepali hair stylist Neel david Katwal has opened ‘Unisex Salon’ at the Sundhara-based Civil Mall in Kathmandu. Actress Gauri Malla inaugurated the salon by cutting ribbon and lighting tradition lamp on Thursday. After inaugurating the 11th outlet at the first floor of the mall, she remarked that she is impressed by the works of Neev david.
“He has brought new thinking in the area of hair stylist,” she said, “Now, I suggest him to try his in knowledge in film sector too.” “There is good scope of hair stylist in film sector. To fulfill it,
Neel david should work in film sector,” Gauri Malla said.
Speaking on the occasion, Neel david said that he opened a branch in Civil Mall as per his plan to open outlets in different places of the capital. “The branch was opened in mall as there is good presence of people,” he said , “We will provide different services to both male and female,” adding that he want to expand his salon in major cities of Nepal.
Actor and director Nirmal Sharma, ‘Ajhai Pani’ producer and fashion designer Poonam Gautam, choreographer Jayan Subba Manadhar, film journalist Bidur Giri among other were present.
Neel david studied hair style in Delhi, Thailand, Singapore and London and studied makeup artist from London. He is giving trainings to different youths by opening ‘Neel david Hair Saloon and Academy’ in Kathmandu and Birtamod of Nepal along with Silguri of India.
He has already opened salons in different place of Nepal and also in Silguri, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Namchi and kharsang of India. Some 300 people have been directly employed from his salons.
