The movie is produced by Poonam Gautam and Sudarshan Thapa under the banner of Poonam Entertainment and Sudarshan Thapa Production. Nepali movie AJHAI PANI is the last Nepali movie directed by Late Alok Nembang. Puja Sharma and Sudarshan thapa acted in lead roles in the movie.
