Subin Limbu visits Upper Mustang


Miss Nepal Subin Limbu was seen overwhelmed to experience the natural beauty of Upper Mustang. This happened as Subin Limbu travelled to Upper Mustang to be a major part in the activity of bringing awareness and consciousness related to the protection and conservation of forest, wildlife and heritage of the area. For the purpose she travelled to various parts of Upper Mustang Lo-Manthang, Chhoser and chonhupa VDC and met local farmers, management committee and Aama Samuha imparting them education related to protection and conservation. During her visit the locals of Lomanthang did organized a cultural programme in her honor.

Miss Nepal Subin Limbu in Lo ManthangAs the Bio-Diversity Conservation Ambassador for National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC), Subin made her journey for round the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) conducted under NTNC. This is her first visit to Upper Mustang and during the visit Subin was involved in the distribution of seeds to the local farmers of Lo-manthang and observed various places out there. During the discussion programme arranged out there Subin said that Mustang being unique in geo texture, natural heritage and arts the place should be promoted and preserved to get benefits from the tourism industry.
