The Mrs. Tamang 2023 pageant, dedicated to married women of the Tamang community, concluded successfully and Sarita Tamang declared as the winner. Sarita not only won the overall competition but also received awards for public choice, viewer’s choice, leadership, and photogenic qualities.
Durga Tamang secured the first runner-up position and was honored with the popular and intelligent awards. Sushmita Tamang achieved the second runner-up position and was recognized with the friendship award. Mina Yoksho Tamang was named the third runner-up and earned the confident award, while Manisha Tamang became the fourth runner-up and received the honest award.
Other notable winners included Sharmila Tamang, who won the discipline and organizer’s choice award, and Binita Tamang, who earned the management choice award. Juthi Tamang was crowned Mrs. Talented, Monika Gurung received the smile award, and Sarmila Tamang was honored with the innocent award. Ichula Tamang’s hardworking nature was acknowledged with an award, and Deuti Tamang was recognized for being active.
The event took place at Rastriya Naachghar, Jamal, and was organized by SK Entertainment. The fashion choreographer and media personality, Rojin Shakya, choreographed and hosted the event. Dhan Raj Gurung, the Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, graced the occasion with his presence.
