Behuli by Sanyukta bags Wedding Boutique of the Year London

Behuli Boutique, an Eco-Friendly bridal destination by designer Sanyukta Shrestha, has won the title of ‘Wedding Boutique of The Year London’. The boutique was declared the winner in Britain’s Asian Wedding Awards ceremony

Yet another feather has been added to successful journey of the most celebrated for her bridal attires, London based Nepalese fashion designer Sanyukta Shrestha. This time an eco-friendly bridal outlet, Behuli Boutique by Sanyukta Shrestha, has been victorious to bag the title of ‘Wedding Boutique of The Year London’. The boutique was declared as the winner in Britain’s Asian Wedding Awards ceremony organized by Oceanic Consulting on 11th February 2020 at the Sheraton Grande Park Lane Hotel.

Behuli Boutique is based at London and has been serving since 2013, was the only eco-friendly boutique among the 29 shortlisted nominees. Besides this Sanyukta is also the nominee for the ‘The Best Innovation Award’ in the UK Wedding Awards 2020, where she is the first and only bridal designer among the eight nominees shortlisted for the category.⁠

Earlier, she was been nominated for the category of the best wedding designer at British Asian Wedding Awards 2017. Also was been nominated in the category of Best Bridal Designer at The UK wedding awards 2017. Sanyukta Shrestha is already a big name for her bridal wear creations at international scene especially in London and its surroundings. Shrestha has been designing since she was 17 and currently specializes in eco-friendly and sustainable bridal and evening wear.

A recipient for Best Wedding Newcomer award at The Perfect Wedding award 2011 and Bridal Innovation award at JP Selects Excellence award 2011, Sanyukta was also been honored with Highly commended Brand leader Global Awards for Sustainable fashion at Source award 2012 and highly commended Name to watch at The Perfect wedding award 2013.

The haute couture wedding gown titled as Pippa gown designed by Sanyukta Shrestha is been documented at world famous Bath fashion museum in London. Pippa gown is made from 30 years old newspapers and aided by Nepalese hand loomed organic cotton the gown is finished with nearly three thousand Swarovski Crystals to wow it’s audience.
