Sanu Thapa crowned Beautician Nepal 2026, joined by First Runner-up Anjali Gole and Second Runner-up Sarita Shrestha after the grand finale.
Sanu Thapa from Samakhushi, Kathmandu, has been crowned Beautician Nepal 2026, a beauty pageant dedicated specifically to professionals working in the beauty and cosmetology industry. The grand finale of the competition was held at Jyapu Academy, Chyasal, Lalitpur, where contestants showcased their professional skills, confidence, creativity, and personality.
With her impressive performance and professional excellence, Sanu Thapa secured the coveted title and, along with the crown, also received an entry package for the NEFA Awards 2026 in London, providing her an international platform to further showcase her talent in the beauty industry.
In the competition, Anjali Gole was declared the First Runner-up, while Sarita Shrestha achieved the position of Second Runner-up. The event also featured several special category awards recognizing different aspects of professional and personal excellence among the contestants.
Among the special recognitions, Ranjana Rana won the Best Bridal Award, while Bibhu Shrestha was honored with the Best Model Makeup Award. Samjhana Dhakal secured the Best Nail Art Award, and Shobha Shrestha received the Best Jury Award.
Additional personality and talent-based titles were also presented during the event. Sanu Thapa received the Most Intelligent Award, while Anjali Gole earned the Most Confident Award. Roji Vlon was awarded Most Charming, and Ranjana Rana secured the Best Personality Award. Similarly, Sarita Shrestha was honored with the Most Smart Award, Gyanu Gurung received the Most Dedicated Award, and Juna Thapa Magar won the Most Diligent Award.
Furthermore, Nirmala Ramtel was recognized as Most Graceful, while Hira Thapa received the Most Passionate Award. In audience and media-based categories, Anjali Gole won both the Public Video Choice Award and the Most Popular Award, while Shobha Shrestha received the Best Multimedia Award.
The panel of judges included actress and model Sushma Adhikari, Mrs. Himalayan Nepal 2024 and beautician Kavita Bishunkhe, dermatologist Dr. Muna Bista, model Abhishek Khadka, and model and actor Dikpal Karki.
The event was held under the chief guestship of renowned senior beauty expert Dr. Kamala Shrestha. The program was choreographed and directed by fashion choreographer Himani Subba, while the event was hosted by media personality and fashion choreographer Rojin Shakya.
Organized by Himalayan Movies Production House, the pageant aims to empower beauty professionals by providing them with a platform that highlights not only their technical skills but also their intellectual capacity, communication ability, presentation style, and overall personality development. According to the organizers, Beautician Nepal focuses on enhancing the confidence, creativity, and professional identity of beauticians, encouraging them to grow as influential figures in Nepal’s expanding beauty and fashion industry.
