Miss Supranational Nepal 2026 Purnima Karki has departed for Poland, beginning her international journey to represent Nepal at the Miss Supranational 2026 competition.
A law graduate and media personality, Karki will carry Nepal’s flag at one of the prominent international beauty pageants, bringing together contestants from different parts of the world.
Before leaving the country, Karki shared an emotional message on social media, saying she was departing Nepal while carrying the nation’s identity, love and blessings with her. “Leaving Nepal today, but carrying Nepal everywhere I go,” she wrote.
Describing the journey as the fulfilment of a childhood dream and a moment of national pride, she added, “A small girl’s dream, a nation’s pride, and countless blessings from home are travelling with me to the Miss Supranational stage.” Karki also promised to represent Nepal with dignity and gratitude. “I promise to represent my country with grace, gratitude, and all the love Nepal has given me,” she stated.
In the Nepali section of her post, Karki said she was moving towards the international Miss Supranational stage with the good wishes of Nepalis. She described the competition as an opportunity to present Nepal’s story, culture and identity to the world. She wrote, pledging to give her best while carrying the pride of being Nepali.
Her departure marks an important stage in a journey that began with her national crowning in Nepal. In Poland, she is expected to participate in pageant activities including orientation programmes, interviews, rehearsals, official appearances and preliminary competitions ahead of the grand finale.
The Miss Supranational 2026 final is scheduled to take place on Friday, July 31, in Poland. Reigning titleholder Eduarda Braum of Brazil will crown her successor at the conclusion of the event.
Karki’s participation has generated supportive messages from pageant followers and well-wishers, with many expressing hope that she will make a strong impression on the international stage.
