Ranjana Syangbo has been crowned as Miss Tamang 2022. Other than being the winner of the event Ranjana was also successful at Miss Photogenic award. As the winner Ranjana received cash prize of rupees One lakh. In the event Puja Tamang bagged first runners-up position while Dijee Tamang Lama was elected as second runners-up. Puja was also elected as the winner of best catwalk award while Dijee was also successful at Online voting category. Puja and Dijee respectively earned cas prize of rupees fifty thousand and thirty thousand.
