The lower part of dress is also inspired from Bunad culture meaning clothing is a fairly recent development in Norwegian culture. The more ‘authentic’ Bunads are modeled off old folk attire worn in certain regions that developed over the centuries.

Prints are inspired from traditional accessories. The bottom border are from their traditional patch work and it seems to go down to floor length. The lower full skirt is made up of blue color velvet fabric.
