The reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska has expressed her wish to experience the majestic beauty of Nepal. The reigning world beauty was a special guest at the London Gala Dinner for ‘The Climate Change Forum for Sustainable Development. During the event, she expressed, ‘I want to thank Himalaya Jet Owner Gurung Family from Nepal for inviting me to London for the fantastic Gala Dinner of The Climate Change Global Investment for Sustainable Development, and for Dipendra Gurung’s subsequent invitation for me to fulfill one of my lifelong dreams, with a visit to Nepal including seeing the magnificent Himalayas’
At the event, World beauty was invited by Mr. Dipendra Gurung, Executive Director of Himalaya Jet, a UK-based premium long-haul carrier connecting major European and American cities with the Himalayan Region owned by the conglomerate of Gurung Family with Nepalese origin. The conglomerate covers Himalaya Jet, Prive Luxury Cinemas at different high-end hotels throughout the world, Angel Investments in numerous eco-friendly and innovative ventures like Hydrogen Powered Urban Car at Hugo Spowers’ Riversimple, and now jointly hosting and organizing Miss World Events from its 71st Edition and collectively campaigning for Beauty with a Purpose.
With their presence, Miss World Limited and Himalaya Jet Limited graced Global Investment for Sustainable Development by Climate Change Forum. The three-day events held at Brunei Investment Agency (BIA) owned The Dorchester Hotel in London on the 18th and 19th as well as at the House of Lords on the 20th of October had the presence of Lord Marland of Odstock, Lord Nat Wei of Shoreditch, Minister of State (Minister for Climate) – Mr. Graham Stuart MP, Mr. Andrew Rosindell M.P. – Foreign Affairs Select Committee, Mr. Derren Powell – Vice-President of MasterCard, and as a gathering of “Family Office”, the event also saw multiple billionaires from America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. During the events, many high-level dignitaries expressed their interest in holidays in the Himalayas including Miss World.
During the event Mr. Chris Holliday – the Chief Operating Officer of Himalaya Jet, said: “Himalaya Jet is set to start its operations from early 2023 as a premium long-haul carrier offering direct flights from Europe to the Himalayan Region including Nepal and also from North America in two-class configuration (Business and Economy). Tourists from Europe and North America looking to travel to the Himalayan Region will all benefit from the services of Himalaya Jet as the airline will eliminate cumbersome transits for European passengers while reducing them for the North Americans.”

Global Investment for Sustainable Development by Climate Change Forum also highlighted the melting of Himalayan Glaciers and its consequences.
