Ltd., operating under the South Korea based multinational SY Group of Companies, successfully organized the prestigious “Face of SY – Brand Ambassador Hunt 2025” on 16 January at Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor. The event was designed to identify dynamic new faces capable of representing the SY brand with confidence, professionalism, and global appeal.
After a competitive and engaging selection process, Malaishaa Acharya was crowned the Title Winner of Face of SY – Brand Ambassador Hunt 2025. She received a cash prize of NPR 500,000 along with a one-year brand contract valued at NPR 10 million. Her performance stood out for its strong personality, brand compatibility, and confident presentation.

The First Runner-up position was secured by Sara Lama, who was awarded NPR 400,000 in cash and a brand contract worth NPR 5 million. Apil Yonjan emerged as the Second Runner-up, receiving NPR 300,000 in cash along with a brand contract valued at NPR 3 million. All winners demonstrated exceptional confidence, communication skills, and brand representation abilities.
The event also recognized Popularity Awards, which were presented to Dilip Nepali, Jeniya Gurung, Rechal Shahi, Riya Sundas, Samir Magar, Rejina K.C., and Ikshya Shrestha. Each of the them received a cash prize of NPR 150,000, acknowledging their strong public support and impactful presence throughout the competition.

The entire competition was choreographed and mentored by fashion choreographer and media personality Rojin Shakya, whose guidance played a significant role in refining the contestants’ runway presence, confidence, and communication skills. Under her mentorship, participants displayed remarkable growth and professionalism on stage.
The judging panel comprised distinguished personalities from the fashion, media, and corporate sectors, including Sugarika K.C. (Miss Nepal 2005 and media professional), Usha Rajak (Mrs. Nepal International 2021 and actress), Fupu Tenzing Sherpa (Chairman of IIFT Global and Sherpa Group), Dikpal Karki (model, actor, and choreographer), and Dajaan Moon (Director, SY Bazaar). The panel evaluated contestants based on personality, communication, confidence, and brand suitability.
