Fourth Nepal Fashion and Entertainment International Awards Successfully Held in Japan


The fourth edition of the Nepal Fashion and Entertainment International Awards was successfully held in Tokyo, Japan. Organized by Himalayan Movies Production House, Kathmandu, the 2025 edition of the event aimed to honor individuals who have made significant contributions in the areas of fashion, entertainment, and social service. The awards brought together talents and professionals from various creative and philanthropic fields.

A total of around eighteen personalities were recognized for their outstanding achievements. These included individuals involved in fashion modeling, beauty pageants, fashion design, and the broader entertainment industry. The event served as a platform to celebrate their impact both within Nepal and in the global Nepalese community.

The ceremony was attended by several esteemed guests. Navin Nyure, President of NRNA Japan, was present as the chief guest. Bijesh Thakali, President of the Nepalese Business Association Japan, also attended in an honorary capacity. Prominent businessmen Manish Magar and Surendra Khadka were among the special invitees, adding prestige to the event.

A major highlight of the evening was a dynamic fashion show, where models showcased fusion-themed outfits that blended traditional and contemporary styles. The show was choreographed by Himani Subba, the CEO of Himalayan Movies and a well-known fashion choreographer. She also made a surprise appearance on stage during the intermission, impressing the audience with her stylish presence and elegance.

The entire program was documented and covered by Ganesh Thapa Magar, a talented photographer based in Japan. His work ensured that the event reached a wider audience and was preserved as a visual record of the celebration.

Several honorary awards were presented during the evening. Navin Nyure received the Best Nepalese Social Campaigner award, while Bijesh Thakali was honored as the Best Social Welfare Activist. Manish Magar was awarded Best Nepalese International Entrepreneur, and Ganesh Thapa Magar received the title of Best Nepalese International Photographer. In addition, awards were given to professionals across the beauty, fashion, and entertainment sectors.

Speaking at the event, Himani Subba emphasized that the annual awards program is designed to recognize and inspire those who contribute to cultural enrichment and social transformation, both within Nepal and abroad. The event was smoothly coordinated and hosted by event manager Komalnath Khatiwada.
