The competition is subjected to the Asian ladies who are either U.S. citizen or a Green card holder, Miss Asian Las Vegas 2015 concluded on Saturday, August 29th 2015 at The Venetian Theater-The Venetian Hotel & Casino 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. In the competition Nepali beauty Esha Bajracharya was successful to grab the award of Social Media. A green card holder Esha earlier in 2005 was one of the contestants of Miss Newa (first season) Beauty contest organized by Nepalese fashion home in Kathmandu.
The 3rd season of Miss Asian Las Vegas pageant saw Ami Bayani from Phillipines as the winner of the event. Shelby Kanani Johnson from Japan became the first runner-ups while Ashley Liu from China bagged the second runner-ups position. Ashley was also successful at People’s Choice and Modern Asian/ Entrepreneur award.
Miss Asian Las Vegas is being organized with an aim to provide a platform that would help in building leadership, friendships, community involvement, etiquette, and talent in young Asian American women in Las Vegas. The Pageant also aims to help to promote each contestant’s unique culture, identity, passions, and personal and humanitarian goals as well as showcase contestants’ overall essence of intellect, leadership and beauty.
