Released at an event in Goa, the trailer brings Vijay back into the shadow of the murder case he has spent years trying to bury. This time, however, he faces a formidable new investigator who appears determined to dismantle every layer of the story Vijay carefully constructed to protect his family.
Actor Jaideep Ahlawat joins the franchise as Crime Branch SP Rajveer Singh Tomar, emerging as Vijay’s most significant new adversary.
Jaideep Ahlawat Raises the Stakes
The trailer positions Rajveer Singh Tomar as a relentless officer unwilling to accept the unanswered questions surrounding the old case.

Tabu returns as IG Meera Deshmukh, whose personal connection to the case has remained one of the franchise’s strongest emotional conflicts.
Shriya Saran reprises her role as Vijay’s wife Nandini Salgaonkar, while Rajat Kapoor returns as Mahesh Deshmukh.
The cast also includes Prakash Raj, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav and Kamlesh Sawant, alongside Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat.
Their return gives the final chapter a direct connection to the events and emotional consequences established across the previous films.
A New Story for the Hindi Franchise
One of the most interesting aspects of Drishyam: The Conclusion is that the Hindi film is not being presented as a direct recreation of the Malayalam Drishyam 3 storyline.
Ajay Devgn has said that the Hindi conclusion follows a story that is completely different from the Malayalam version, giving audiences who are familiar with the original franchise another reason to remain curious about Vijay Salgaonkar’s fate.
The story has been developed by director Abhishek Pathak, with the screenplay involving Aamil Keeyan Khan, Abhishek Pathak and Parveez Sheikh.

The film was adapted from the acclaimed Malayalam original starring Mohanlal and quickly developed its own strong audience in Hindi cinema.
Its sequel, Drishyam 2, arrived in 2022 and became a major box-office success, strengthening the franchise’s reputation as one of Bollywood’s most popular suspense-driven film series.
Now, Drishyam: The Conclusion is being positioned as the closing chapter of Vijay Salgaonkar’s story.
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film is presented by Star Studio18 and produced by Panorama Studios.
‘Drishyam: The Conclusion’ is scheduled to release in cinemas on October 2, 2026.
