The film’s music will be composed by Kehar Singh Limbu, Suman Tamang, and Prashant Siwakoti, with lyrics by Sagar Lamichhane Magar, Suman Tamang, and Yuvaraj Kafle. Limbu will lend his voice to all the songs.

The poster design has been created by Royal Bhimsen (Trident Concept) and photography by Rajbhai Suwal.

Filming begins this week in Kathmandu, and the production team plans to release the movie within this year. The digital distribution will be handled by Center Motion Pictures, while theatrical release will be managed by DCN inside the Valley and Kuber Cine Distribution outside the Valley.

The technical crew includes Susan Prajapati as cinematography director, Kedar Bhusal as executive producer, Ashika Sharma as production designer, and Dinesh Bahadur Rawat as chief assistant director. The project also features Riya Adhikari as on-screen poetry writer, Supreme Parajuli in color grading, Uttam Nyaupane in sound design, and Kiran Thapa as choreographer.

With its strong cast, soulful music, and celebrated director, Kumari is set to be one of the most awaited Nepali films of 2025.
